-Comment: Christopher Hanks in blue bibs (pictured). I found this movie many weeks ago but still can't find any clips or trailers on the web. There was a VHS release in 1989 (another earlier in 1984?). I found a DVD offer but that's a VHS transfer. The movie is aka "Buzzard" and only 66 minutes (according to IMDb, other sources say 81minutes). Also starring 14 (or 12 yo) yo Chris Penn (1965-2006, Footloose) and 15 yo Dean Cain. Probably a good children's detective film with a boy, his dog and a talking buzzard. I can't say much more about this movie. Although I usually don't like boys with such glasses and movies of the 70s I would like to see it. Not sure of farm content and his exact age. Rating 5 for now.

Thanks very much db1 for pointing out a new YouTube upload! So I could make new pics (previously a collage and bad quality). Video says 1984 (that was the VHS release). But according to most databases filmed in 1979 or maybe 1978.

Bibs are very good. Looks like 2 different bibs. (Almost) raw denim at the beginning and maybe a bit lighter later (or it's just the sunlight). Tight bibs and also good rear view.

No real farm content. 66 minutes. Unfortunately the young boy isn't very handsome with that glasses and the other handsome blond and darkhaired boys don't wear bibs. Some good sitting scenes but mainly far in the background.

Good movie, I like the 80s (or almost 80s, late 70s). Previously rated 5, now about 7. Probably I would even buy it.

Fixed rating still was 5 (3 new pics, 2 more in the update). Adding tag raw denim and link to the update

  1. Bought this movie and just watched it. Has boy wearing osh kosh blue bib overalls almost the entire time. I highly rate it. Worth picking up a copy to see.
