Info 88: Non-bib list? Improvements?

I thought about it more than once, to make a list of films (or eg. farm films) without bib scenes (or sequels of films where the prequels are with bibs and the sequels are without, or bibs are on the cover, publicity stills or trailer (or looks like) or other reasons for assuming bibs and then not appear in the films).

I have a poor memory (and limited disc space) and this would help me and others to not watch those films (again).
The disadvantage is, that someone who finds a non-bib film on a bib related blog (together with many bib pics), he might think, that it's a bib film as well. And it's more work and the list would be huge. One solution would be a separate blog or a list somewhere else (like a forum).

There might be also other enhancements, like an alphabetical list of actors, more tags or lists like years (of film or setting), to improve my A-Z list with more infos (male/females or else) and maybe more, but it's also a lot of work (where I could find other films instead).

If someone has suggestions, please comment.

  1. Well, I don't think a non-bib list is really necessary, it would be too long a list. I think the format is great as it is.

As for the blog, linking to the posts of the films from the A-Z list maybe?

Also, why no high res pics at all, even high res ones of the few you have on here would be good...?

  2. Thanks for comment.
Links on the A-Z list would be better, but is a lot of work now and films can easily be found during the blog search.
Originally I had the list on the main page and had problems to link. As there were also problems with the search function I moved just the text list.

Movies and movie stills are copyrighted and have to be of lower res to be used by Fair Use law. Some companies seem to be very strict and there are only few major ones.
This is an info blog and not an image blog.
Some would also like download links and I have seen blogs and pics deleted because of that. Pics and vids of nearly all films are already on the web. I have most films, and free web space is also limited.
