Are You Afraid of the Dark? (1991)

Kids' mystery anthology series, 91 ep. in 7 seasons
-Year: 1991-1996
-Year in film: 1990s
-Country: Canada, USA
-Who in bibs: Charles ~11 ?, Kiki 14, man
-Available on DVD: yes
-I own: yes, partly TV recordings
-Bib occurrence: medium
-Rating:  8/10
-Rating: ********
-Comment: Andrew Henry in blue bibs and rubber boots (pictured with Melissa Joan Hart). A bit baggy or oversized bibs (perhaps he even wears other pants beneath?, but not too baggy for tagging) at second half of the episode. Episode 21 (2.8) 1993 The Tale of the Frozen Ghost. I don't remember all the other episode and will check them, as this series is now running. It's good possible that there are also girls in bibs. I don't saw the first half of this episode completely, but the boy is a city boy who likes to be clean (also a bathtub scene). He has never chopped wood (perhaps never worn bibs before, I wonder if they are his bibs or hers). He asks if he gets dirty. Melissa Joan Hart as Daphne rubbs mud at him/his bib teasing him. Later he falls in the mud (face down, showing back of his bibs). Very good episode. I like boys with bibs, boots and a bowl cut. Don't know if he is Canadian or American. Rating 7-8, but 8 for plot. Bibs are not perfect and could be better (more actors) etc.

Update: I found in ep. 2.13 "The Tale of Old Man Corcoral" (1993) a teen girl in bibs (introduction campfire scene) might be Jodie Rester as Kiki in dark blue (or black?) shortalls (pic below). Maybe she also appeared in shortalls in other episodes. Also in this episode the old man Corcoral in blue bibs.
Campfire scenes with a bit better bib scene, I think ep. 3.13

Ep. 4.1  One teen girl in beige bibs (pic bottom right) and one brief teen girl in blue shortalls. Also got plot about a computer virus. Blond teen boy (pictured with bowlcut) shirtless in light blue underwear blamed at school and both boys in good jeans.
