-Comment: A teen girl in bibs (I think Mischa Barton as Frankie). Sorry I don't remember this movie. Also cycling scene (pictured) and Ballett and Baseball scenes. Friendship between two 12 year old girls (Barton was 14 in 2000, so tagged teens.) I have to watch this film again. Rating 5 for now. Also pigtails. No trailer at YouTube to embed. Barton also played in film "Skipped Parts" the same year which I also like (no bibs there) and many other films. Filmed in Canada and Barton is British and partly German film, so non-USA. I assume low or medium bib scenes.
