Thanks Marc for assuming the host might be Nina Louise Buttkereit (Nina Buttkereit). According vollfilm she appeared in Nick series "Nicks-Neues", "Nick-Hospital" both 1998, "Weltkindertag Berlin", Filmfestival Gera and "Nickelodeon" 1997. Maybe Nicks-Neues aka Nicks Neues seems most plausible. We can exclude Nick-Hospital as she played a nurse there. But the list of her is incomplete. Other Nick shows (unknown hosts): Bei Nick, Mit Nick, Nick Live Club, Nick Verleihung 96/97, Nick Clips, Nick Tops, Mädchentag Spezial, Kino News, Grüß dich, Auf Draht!, Hilf mit!, Highlight der Woche, etc.
I believe the host is Nina Louise Buttkereit. In two YouTube videos from another Nickelodeon show, her voice, appearance, wristwatch, and the ring on her middle finger look very similar. Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the show
